Though the movie is somewhat forgettable, its review is quite significant in Dyer-Situation history. This introduced not only the opening credits which are still seen today, but also the before and after trope that A Dyer-Situation is famous for. The idea for this came from Alex Kawecki when I was describing my feelings on Brave and Madagascar 3, specifically how I wished everyone could see just how much my initial expectations were different from the actual experience.
